Please sign up for one sub-day a month (per child). You will be notified by 9:30 am on your sub-day if you are needed to cover for a parent that is ill or has an emergency. You must be reachable by phone or at the school on your sub-day until 9:30 am.

| Each year the Co-op produces the popular San Francisco International Beer Festival, which is held at Fort Mason Center on a Saturday night in April. Each parent must participate in the fundraiser. Participation includes planning, set-up, the actual event, and clean-up/returning of items. Each parent serves on a committee (i.e. food, beer, publicity, tickets, raffle/merchandise, decor) in the fall that helps plan the event. Both parents work the day and night of the event. One parent works from approximately 9am until midnight/1am, the other parent works from approximately 3pm until midnight/1am. It is a long weekend and childcare should be planned for appropriately, but it is a great bonding and team-building experience for the parents. The money raised from the festival covers about 3/4 of our school’s expenses, allowing tuition to remain affordable. Our website is www.sfbeerfest.com |
